6 week men’s health reset

A few times each year, I run a 6 week health reset, and am always on the look out for few good men to join me!

If you’ve noticed a few old habits slipping in, maybe energy levels are low, maybe some extra weight creeping round the waistline, this could be for you! I’ve always found it easier to reach big goals when I make them public, so that I have to stick to them.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

First of all, I will send you a ‘state of play’ survey - a quick fitness test, and a mindset survey. I’ll get you to outline what you want to achieve. That gives us a benchmark and some measurable goals.

Every Tuesday our group will catch up for a virtual campfire over Zoom, so you can literally participate from anywhere in the world! On this call:

-I’ll cover a new topic each week to do with Men’s Wellbeing - it might be intermittent fasting, it might be mindfulness, it might be better sleep, it might be healthy cooking, it might be foraging

-We will go round as a group and check in where everyone is at with reaching their goals, and encourage each other

-This will be a judgement free, safe space where you can share whatever might be on your mind

-And of course, there will be a few fishing stories shared and some good recipes shared along the way, a meal plan if you choose to follow it, but really what you do, and how far you go is up to you…

-As for the mahi - that is totally up to you, but you’ve got me, and a group around you to keep you honest!

We’ll also have a private WhatsApp group for everyone to stay in touch and motivate each other, and I will be sharing some good resources around diet, mental health, movement along the way. And I’m sure there will be plenty of fishing stories shared too no doubt!
