This retreat celebrates the Yin and the Yang - the masculine and the feminine.
So we are celebrating this special time together - and both men and women are invited on this journey.
If you’ve been on one of our Men’s Retreats already, this is a good opportunity to invite your wahine along, and reconnect in a special place. This is the perfect opportunity to switch off from our busy, modern lives, and venture back to the simple things in life.
I’ll be holding workshops for Men - including our own mens hikoi, and working on a hangi and cooking together
Tia will be holding workshops for Women - including tapping into natures rythm and cycles
Then we will be bringing it together with korero around the fire and yurt, around kotahitanga, communication, unity and harmony. We will be emodying this with breathwork, yoga, meditation and movement as one group.
