If you’ve been struggling a little lately, or maybe you are just ready to take things to the next level, and find your true purpose, I am here to hold space for you on your journey.

You will be working with someone that has lived experience with life’s struggles including past encounters with burnout and acute mental distress. Many years ago I developed a tool kit to lift myself back into a positive place, and that tool kit just keeps on growing. I’d like to share some of these tools with you.

I’m a qualified PREKURE health coach. A health coach is not here to fix you. You do that yourself! We walk beside you. But if you are sick of going to a doctor, on repeat, only to be seen for 5 minutes and given a bunch of pills, you might be pleasantly surprised at what you find when you are asked the right questions and listened to, for an hour or more, even, for a whole week on retreat.

Often the symptoms you are experiencing - poor sleep, anxiety, pain, joint pain, sore back, depression, are things that have some to the surface, and we can help unpack the real reasons you are experiencing them. As a coach, we’ll help you walk your way back to a life filled with ease - not dis-ease.

This is largely achieved through life style. Food. Movement. Breathing. Meditation and Belief. Growth and Change. And a coach beside you to keep you accountable and on track.I am passionate about cooking healthy wild food , and seeing men live their best lives.

When I chose an area where to specialise in my coaching, I specifically chose to work with MEN.

Why?

Because I know from being a man, that GOOD MEN are often that busy being providers, protectors, Dad’s, partners and mentors, we often forget to put ourselves first. Sometimes we forget to rest. Sometimes we forget how awesome and powerful we really are. With Kiwi men especially, there is a reliance on alcohol to get through.

My core offering is taking small groups of men into the wild for a reset , showing them via an experience what healthy eating entails, reconnecting them with lost indigenous universal knowledge, connecting them with new movement modalities, find their joy again, and helping them break free of limiting beliefs.

I am also available for 1 on 1 coaching online. I work with a handful of men, ongoing each week, over Zoom. These sessions are usually 60 minutes, with some self work exercises to complete between each Zoom session.

In person always works as well - if you have the time! I’m also more than happy to travel to you, if you have the budget to cover this.
