Hapuka, Kings and Snapper - May/June 2011

The last couple of months have seen a good mixed bag of live baiting for kingfish, jigging for kingfish, as well as some nice snapper and hapuka on offer.

It was good fun catching up with Taupo Trout guide Andrew Christmas who came out and had his first bash at the Tairua kingfish.  Brad Burden was out and got into some solid fish jigging. And there has been a real nice line of snapper underneath the kingfish, especially around the G Spot.
