Winter Deep Water Fishing

We've been fishing the winter weather windows out wide lately with good success.

Travis from the States is travelling around New Zealand at the moment and jumped on a Puka trip with myself and Neil. Travis' family jumped on for the morning bait hunt and the kids had plenty of fun catching maccies with Dad. 

Then it was out wide where some good sized Hapuku were on the chew

We had some more good trips last week with Bass, Bluenose and solid kingfish also part of the mixed bag.
