Chill Catch and Cook Adventure

Joshua got in touch wanting to do something special for his 33rd birthday. Aided by my new deckie for summer, Oscar, I think we might have nailed it!! Very chill and scenic start, just the nature fix Joshua was after while home from Berlin, then a hot jigging session , where deckie & skipper couldn’t help getting in the mix, and then I jumped in to get him some crayfish for his birthday dinner. Go well bro & see you again one day. This kaimoana got put to good use in the kitchen, inspiring a very tasty crayfish and kingfish belly spaghetti, sesame kingfish sashimi, and plenty more meals will be enjoyed with whanau and some of the fish shared around the community,.
