Calling all men on the journey of becoming the best version of self.
Calling all men, Dad’s, brothers, uncles, teachers, leaders, kaumatua, men of the water, men of the land, and men in health.
Welcome to the Aotearoa Men’s Wellbeing Summit, where we’ll be gathering to connect, further our journey and share our stories.
Spend a weekend connecting with the elements on the magical Coromandel, and furthering your journey into what’s good for the mind, body and soul, in a heart led conversation and wellbeing experience tailored for men.
We’ve called on some leaders in the Men’s Wellbeing space in Aotearoa and abroad, who will be sharing their own wisdom and learnings, including workshops on:
- Raising healthy young men - a deep dive into Rites of Passage from boy to man to elder. We’re stoked to have Dr Arne Rubenstein from the Rites of Passage Institute flying over from Australia to join us and share some of his trainings.
- Longevity for men - how to eat well and move more to stay vibrant and in good health. We’re stoked to have Professor Grant Schofield co-founder of PreKure and head of AUT’s high performance unit, joining us.
- Calming the mind - new tools to quiet the mind, in a new world on constant distraction. We’re going to be diving into the breath and breathwork as a powerful tool to regulate the nervous system.
- Mastering energy and emotion for Men - a chance to be your self and share from the heart
Every man coming to this gathering is going to be coming from a different ‘centre’ of current wellbeing, and that’s OK. You’ll be welcomed into a safe, judgement free space, regardless of where you are at on your journey.
And so, we’re calling on all men, with an open heart, committed to ‘being the change’ to join us on this journey.
Tickets include all workshops, speakers, activties, lunch and dinners.
You will need to organise your own accommodation. Campsites, cabins and a good range of accommodation available close by, which we can assist with.
