October Kingi and Snapper Fishing Charter Report

The best time to chase kingfish in NZ hands down is spring.

It is only a few days since our last report, but we are out there having a ball in generally calm seas, the Aldie Pins are our go to in spring, and the kingfish are high in the water column feasting up hard.

We’re using a range of techniques including softbaits, jigging, top water stickbaits and poppers, as well as the good old trusty livebaits.

We’ve had a lot of regulars back on board, it is always great to see familiar faces.
