February 2007 Report - Solid Inshore Tairua Kingfish

We've been having some fun inshore during the mornings lately! Baits (yakkas) have been very easy to get along the weed lines close to Tairua. I had Welsh angler John Golding on board by trusty 580 Stabi this week and we had a ball livebaiting for kingfish in 12m not far from Tairua Beach. Really solid kingfish in close at the moment and we had these fish fighting hard in crystal clear water right under the boat.
