Recipe for Kingfish or Trevally Sashimi aka Chursimi
This recipe is my go to for fresh kingfish. It doesn’t get much better!
Ensure kingfish is very cold before slicing, if you have been fishing that day, pop a block of kingfish in the freezer before finely slicing.
1.Lay out kingfish on serving plate
2.Mix up tamari sauce, wasabi, sesame oil, olive oil, touch of maple syrup
3. Drizzle over kingfish
